Obituary of Betty Lou Davis

Betty was born to Bertha & Zim Davis of Cassopolis, Michigan. Betty had no children of her own. But she has a Godson and daughter, Bernard Davis and Princess Evans with grandchildren; Devon & Jessica Davis, Ryeasha, Ry, & Ryaira Hester and an honorary son, Steven Bass; sisters, Elaine Davis, Zenobia Davis, Francis Hill, Laverne Davis; she leaves behind a younger sister Bertha Redmond. Betty was very active in the community; she advocated for the disability community with Handicap Association of Arizona, she rescued dogs from the Humane Society, she trained Service Dogs, she was a part of a bowling team, she traveled around the world, she loved to paint, sew, pottery, gardening with her flowers, mainly roses was her specialty. Betty was an advocate for paying it forward by contributing countless donations to Arizona Spinal Cord Injury Association, Doctors Without Borders, Desert Labrador Retriever Rescue, Humane Society of Arizona, Pima Community College Foundation, the Wheelchair Foundation of Danville California, Tucson Brain, Spinal cord & Nervous System Rehabilitation, and Therapeutic Services and Mobility Fitness Institution. Betty adored her loving dogs: Bam Bam, Buddie, Fritzz, Jasper, Truly, Baby Bam Bam and her cats.
