Obituary of Cindy Lou Joplin-Madsen

 

On Sunday, March 21st,2021 Cindy Lou Joplin-Madsen Loving soul mate to one, mother of four with an additional two adopted by her, Grandma to twelve and Gigi to 5 passed away at the age of 64.

 

Cindy was born on August 24th 1956 in Oak Harbor, Washington to Paul and Berdena Joplin. In 1978 she got her nursing license and worked many years as a nurse and on the rescue squad helping others.

             

Cindy had a passion for helping others. she also loved to garden and be with her family. she was a mom that was always there for you and a grandma that never missed an event.

             

Cindy was preceded in death by her father Paul Joplin and sister Colleen Lepai. she is survived by her soulmate Brian Madsen. her four children Christopher Hill, Angela married to Chris Lollis, Jessica married to Jeremiah Minga and Andrew aka Doug Hill, her two adopted by her daughters Alana cooper and Amanda aka Mandi married to Matt Johnson.            

               

Her twelve grand kids, Morgan Flowers , Damion Hill, Hailea Hill, Rylee Minga, Kat Lollis, Timothy Minga, Cruse Lollis, Issik Johnson, Zackery Minga, Aiden Johnson, LIley Minga,and Evan Johnson. her Five great grandkids Alaska Hill, Noah Flowers, Alexa Flowers, Jak Hill, and Neva Flowers. her mother Berdena Joplin. Her sisters Debra, Carrie and Paulette and her many nieces and nephews. She is loved so much and will be missed.
