Obituary of Ernestine Mary Alice Benedetto

Ernestine (Drow) Benedetto, 87, of Red Rock, Arizona passed away on July 6, 2022, after several years of battling Alzheimer’s Disease.
Ernestine was born to William and Ramona Drow on July 24, 1935. She is survived by her daughter Lisa in Casa Grande, AZ, her son Mark in Casa Grande, AZ, her daughter Tina in Globe, AZ, her sister Rosemarie Drow in Scottsdale, AZ, 5 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 1 great-great granddaughter, and 1 cat Bushy.
Ernestine enjoyed music. She loved playing her guitar, playing both country western and Spanish music. She would often play with the mariachi band in Eloy.
She is preceded in death by her husband Anthony Benedetto of 63 years, her parents William and Ramona, her son Dennis, her son Steven, her granddaughter Christina, her great grandson Tucker, and several brothers and sisters.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Valley Humane Society in Casa Grande, AZ.
Visitation will be at 10:00 AM, Rosary at 10:30 AM and Mass at 11:00 AM on July 15, 2022, at St. Margaret’s Catholic Church, 801 N. Grande Avenue, Tucson, AZ 85745.
Burial will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery, 3535 N. Oracle Road, Tucson, AZ, 85705.
Desert Sunset Funeral Home will oversee the arrangements.
