Obituary of Nobuyuki Ishihara

ISHIHARA, Nobuyuki "Nobu", March 10, 1944 - April 20, 2009. Nobu returned to God peacefully with friends and family at his passing. He was a loving father, grandfather and good friend to all that he met. Nobu was very kind, hard working and had great faith in God. He was able to complete his journey happy, with a positive attitude. Nobu's life will be celebrated by his loving children, Destiny (Kimi), Ruth (Christopher) and Enoch (Christina); his grandchildren, Nathan and Andrew; his friends, Pat, Charley and Jessie Upton, Rick and Sue Wall, Melody Bastin; his parents, Babe and Pat Purdy as well as his extended family. Nobu's family would like to give special thanks to the Casa De La Luz, at the Fountains, Hospice staff that took such wonderful care of him. In honor of Nobu, a celebration will be held on Sunday, April 26, 2009 at 4:00 p.m., at Charley and Pat Upton's residence. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Arizona Kidney Foundation.
