Obituary of Barbara G. Stinnett

Barbara Stinnett My angel on earth has departed to join the host of angels in heaven. Barbara Gail Stinnett passed away on June 5th after a lengthy illness. Barbara (Barbie) was born on April 12, 1950 in Memphis, TN to Eugene and Maxine Moore. She is survived by her loving husband, Bob; son Rob (Gina); stepchildren, Brian and Jamie Stinnett; sister, Marsha and brother Mike. Barbie was employed by the VA Medical Center in the research department prior to her illness. Barbie will be deeply missed by her family and friends. She enjoyed taking care of the devotional candles at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church and making rosaries for distribution to Catholic missions worldwide. A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, June 11, 2010 at 11:00a.m. at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Humane Society of Southern Arizona. I wish to extend my appreciation to the staff of Casa de la Luz for their loving care of Barbie in her final days.
