Obituary of Diane Jean Drayna

DRAYNA, Diane Jean, age 72, passed away October 15, 2010 after a long struggle with cancer. She was born January 13, 1938 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Diane will be deeply missed by her husband, Michael Drayna, Jr.; sisters, Nancy Williams and Patricia Zechel along with many nieces, nephews and two brothers-in-law. Diane attended Shorwood High School and resided in Shorwood, Wisconsin until her marriage to Michael on June 27, 1959. They resided in Sheboygan, Wisconsin 30 years where she had many friends, enjoyed gardening and raising several dogs, especially Tammy. Diane was also an avid football fan and very enthusiastic Packer Backer. She and Mike retired to Tucson, Arizona in 2002. Her illness endured four years during which time she was especially grateful for the spiritual guidance and support she received from Pastor Mark Maddox and friends at Sanctuary United Methodist Church. A Celebration of Diane's life will be held at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at DESERT SUNSET FUNERAL HOME, 3081 W. Orange Grove Rd., Tucson, Arizona.
