Obituary of Perry Rasmussen

Perry Allen Dean Rasmussen was born April 11, 1957, in Sioux City, IA to Gene and Jo Rasmussen. Graduating from the University of Nebraska in 1981 with a Civil Engineering Degree, he could do just about anything he felt inclined to address. A designer, carpenter, machinist, photographer, the list goes on, but most of all a good family man who loved his wife and daughters.After graduating from college he worked in San Diego CA for General Dynamics before moving to Tucson in 1993 to work for Hughes Aircraft.He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Janice; daughters, Nicole, Natalie and Alana, eleven siblings and 36 nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Friday November 5, 2010 from 10:00 AM -11:00 AM at Adair Funeral Homes Avalon Chapel 8090 N. Northern Ave. Funeral Mass will be Friday November 5, 2010 at 2:00 PM at St. Odilia's Catholic Church 7570 N. Paseo Del Norte . Burial will follow at Holy Hope Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Desert Sunset Funeral Home 3081 W. Orange Grove (297-9007). In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to SpinaBifidaAssociation.org.
